David Tennant Doctor Who

Doctor Who is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this November, with over 800 episodes of time-travelling adventure. To join the celebration, we’re looking at some of our favourite moments from Doctor Who, starting with the Doctor.

We’re not going to say who our favourite Doctor is - it’s a very, very difficult question as every incarnation has brought their own unique look and personality. However, they always say that you never forget your first Doctor. For us, here at Cubicle 7, that would have to be the Tenth Doctor, as he graced the cover of our very first Doctor Who: The Roleplaying Game product in our first incarnation of the game.

Way back in 2009, we launched the Doctor Who: The Roleplaying Game line (then called “Adventures in Time and Space”) with a boxed set including two softcover rulebooks, tokens, dice, character sheets, and one of our favourite adventures - Arrowdown - where the Doctor and his companions arrive in a sleepy seaside town where the Nestene Consciousness has animated the dummies used in the local horror exhibition.

Since then, the game has regenerated through another boxed set featuring the amazing Eleventh Doctor, to a hardback book for the Twelfth Doctor, and most recently to a new Second Edition with the Thirteenth Doctor gracing the cover.

No matter who is your first Doctor, there’s a sourcebook for them, or you can check out the Sixty Years of Adventure books we recently released that look at all of the adventures and all of the Doctors in two volumes that celebrate the anniversary.
